Le Palais du Commerce (CCI de Lyon)

The Corbeille Room in the Palais du Commerce greets La Grande Librairie Polar, where twelve independent booksellers from Lyon and the Region, host authors for book signing sessions and also suggest their favorite thrillers. This is a unique place to discover and enjoy booksellers’ wise reading advice and an exclusive spot to share a friendly moment with guest authors.

Hôtel de Ville

1 place de la Comédie Lyon 1er (subway station : Hôtel de Ville)

Again this year, Quais du Polar occupies the Town city Hall – Hôtel de Ville, and hosts in the Atrium several secondhand booksellers, a record store, a DVD area and specialized booksellers, that will recommend a sharp, rare and exceptional selection of thrillers. If you are looking for “the” gold nugget, this place is made for you! The Hôtel de Ville will also welcome the arrival of the Big Police City Case, conferences and much other entertainment, as well as a silkscreen printing workshop for the entire family with PapyArt and Unique en Série.

Place de la Comédie Lyon 1er (subway station : Hôtel de Ville)

The Amphi Opéra will again receive this year conferences and encounters, as well as the SNCF short thriller film screenings.


La Chapelle de la Trinité

31 rue de la Bourse Lyon 2ème (subway station : Cordeliers or Hôtel de Ville)

This 17th century Baroque Chapel will be the theatre of events such as encounters and conferences with guest authors from the festival, and Saturday night, the chapel will host the Murder Ball, open and participatory ball.


Célestins, Théâtre de Lyon

4 rue Charles Dullin Lyon 2ème  (subway station : Bellecour)

The Célestins, splendid 19th century Italian-style theatre, will welcome the greatest names of thriller and many more encounters.
