André Buffard

Lawyer since 1972, tenor of the bar, his name is associated with some of the biggest lawsuits of the last forty years. He defended the terrorist Carlos, Pierre Chanal (the missing Mourmelon), Jean-Claude Romand (in the case that inspired Emmanuel Carrère for his novel The Adversary ), but also some members of Action Directe, Alain Carignon and … Eric Cantona.
At sixty-nine, he made a sensational debut in the world of crime fiction.
