For 13 years Jane Harper worked for the British and Australian press. She lives in Melbourne and write for the Herald Sun and others newspapers. She won the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards with her novel : The Dry. The rights of her first novel Canicule were sold to over twenty countries. Canicule will be soon to movie theatre.
Autobiography for Quais du Polar
I am so thrilled that my debut novel The Dry has brought me from Australia to Lyon. I never expected the novel to travel quite so far, and I’m delighted to be able to share a little of the darker side of rural Australian life with readers in France.
